The Need for Revival

“And because lawlessness will be increased, the love of many will grow cold.” (Matthew 24:12, ESV)

“Now the Spirit expressly says that in later times some will depart from the faith by devoting themselves to deceitful spirits and teachings of demons,” (1 Timothy 4:1, ESV)

“Just as it was in the days of Noah, so will it be in the days of the Son of Man.” (Luke 17:26, ESV)

“The Lord saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth, and that every intention of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually.” (Genesis 6:5, ESV)

  1. The church must realize that we are living in perilous times of moral decline.
  2. The church must not compromise moral virtue.
  3. The church must return to and remain steadfast to the truth of God’s word.
